Hello Lions!

We’ve got an incredible week ahead — full of practice, preparation, and pride as we gear up for one of our biggest celebrations of the term… FAMILY DAY!

🦁 FAMILY DAY IS COMING!

Family Day is when our parents and families come to see what we’ve been working on at NLS — a day to showcase your talent, teamwork, and spirit!

Each student may invite up to three guests to attend. We’ll have a special presentation and program, so every Lion plays a role in making it an unforgettable event.

Check your emails! Some of you will have special parts — including speeches, performances, and leadership roles.

🧩 Riddle of the Week

Last time the riddle was in our Oct 6th publication, did you get it? The question was...

I am taken before you get me, And shared before you have me. What am I?

The answer is....A PHOTO!

This week - here is your new riddle...

What has cities, but no houses; forests, but no trees; and rivers, but no water?

Keep showing up, showing pride, and showing heart, Lions. We are stronger together. We are louder together. We are forever…

EIGHT HOUSES, ONE PRIDE!

ROAR LOUD, NLS LIONS! 🦁🔥
